Observation

Window blinds with inner cords capable of forming a loop and posing risk of strangulation to children was observed in the licensed area at the time of inspection. Stickers or art work was not observed on the glass door that leads to the outdoor area at the time of insepction. A bookshelf in the living room area was observed to pose a tipping hazard at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 148.5 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Outlets in the living room area were observed to be non tamper-resistant at the time of inspection. Outlets by the sink area (Bathroom and kitchen) were observed to be non tamper-resistant and non GFCI at the time of inspection.
